It took a bit longer than I was hoping, but it did eventually show up and everything was in good condition. So, you know, totally fine. Just not exactly speedy

"Refund situation feels a bit off"
My order showed up wrong, trying to return it has been way more of a hassle than it should’ve been. The return info on the site was vague, and I had to follow up more than once just to get any kind of clear answer, which already made me a bit suspicious.
I’m still waiting on the refund, and it’s taking a lot longer than I expected. It’s not even a huge amount of money, but the whole process feels disorganized and kind of questionable. I don’t think I’d order directly from them again

"Fresh and totally fine!!!"
The bottles tasted fresh when they showed up, so no complaints there!!! One of them was a little scuffed, but it wasn’t a big deal and everything was fine!!!

"Tasty, but I’m not totally sure it’s worth the price"
The drinks tasted good and the bottles showed up without any issues, so no complaints there. I guess I’m just a little confused by the price, because it feels kind of high for what you’re getting. I’d probably buy them again as a treat once in a while, but definitely not something I’d keep stocked all the time.

I mostly pay attention to how sweet a tonic tastes, and fever-tree gets that balance right for me. A lot of tonics can feel syrupy, but this one tastes cleaner and not too heavy. I like it with gin, and it’s nice over ice by itself too. I’m taking off one star because a couple of the flavors still lean a little sweeter than I’d prefer.

"My Cocktails Are Basically Magical Now"
This made my cocktails taste SO much better. I wasn’t expecting anything life-changing, but wow, it adds such a good flavor that I’m now dramatically questioning every drink I made before using it.

I’m usually a fan of fever-tree, but this one just came across way too bitter for me. It kind of overpowered the drink instead of blending in, which was disappointing because I thought it would be more balanced. "Not gonna lie, I wish there were more flavors"
Not gonna lie, I do like Fever Tree every now and then, but the flavor options feel a little limited to me. For the price, I was kind of expecting a few more fun or interesting choices. The ones they have are decent, but after a while they start to feel similar. I’d love to see more fruity flavors or different mixes to switch things up. It’s not bad by any means, just not a ton of variety.

"Bottles are fine, but cans are just easier"
The bottles are good and I don’t really have any complaints about the drink itself, but the cans are just so much handier to grab and use. Has anyone else found the bottles a bit less convenient compared to the cans?

"Clean flavor with just the right amount of sweetness"
I really liked this because it has a clean taste and isn’t overly sweet, which is exactly what I look for in drinks like this. It doesn’t taste syrupy, fake, or like candy, and it’s not the kind of sweet that sticks in your mouth afterward. The ginger one especially has a nice little kick to it, kind of like fresh ginger tea, ginger candy, or a good ginger ale, but not too intense. It’s refreshing, easy to drink, and feels like something I’d grab with lunch, after a walk, or just when I want something besides plain water.

The drinks were nice, so I can’t complain about the taste. But of course, they weren’t exactly cheap, and I left feeling like I somehow always end up paying more than I expected. Good stuff overall, just wish the prices were a bit more reasonable.

"Reliable when I need mixers"
I really appreciate that my usual mixers are almost always in stock when I stop by. The only downside is that the aisle can get a little picked over or messy at times, which makes it a bit harder to grab what I want quickly. Still, I can usually find my go-to mixers without any trouble, so it’s been dependable for me

"Subscription has been really easy to stick with"
I’ve had the Fever-Tree subscription running for a few months now and it’s been seamless. The drinks show up when they’re supposed to, the packaging has always been neat and secure, and I like not having to remember when I’m down to the last few bottles. Small thing, but that bit of convenience makes a difference. Really happy with it so far

I’d ordered a few Fever-Tree bottles for the weekend and didn’t really think much of it until the box arrived looking like it had had a rough journey. Delivery stuff happens, I suppose, and at first I was just trying to work out what was actually still usable because a few bottles had been damaged and the packaging was a bit of a state.
I sent over a quick email with some photos, not expecting much straight away, but they got back to me really quickly and sorted replacements without making it awkward. The new ones turned up fine, so in the end it was all dealt with really easily. Would happily order again.

"Great mixers, but whoever runs this needs to chill on the price"
I’ll give them credit, the ingredients actually taste clean and not fake like a lot of mixers do. The ginger beer has a proper kick to it, and the tonics aren’t all syrupy, which I really like. My only gripe is the price, whoever runs this definitely seems to be pushing it a bit. Still, the quality is better than most I’ve tried.

and I really wanted these to work, but they just didn’t fit with what I usually make at home. I tried them with rum and a cheaper gin, and the flavor kind of took over the whole drink. Even after playing around with the amounts, it still tasted too sharp and a bit off. Maybe they’d be fine in certain cocktails, but they’re not for my home bar. I wouldn’t buy them again.

"Packaging was really good"
I ordered a few bottles from fever-tree.com i was a little unsure how they’d arrive, just because glass bottles in the post can be a bit... yeah.
But they turned up in perfect condition. The box felt sturdy, everything was packed in nice and tight, and there wasn’t any rattling around or broken glass or anything like that.
It was all straightforward too, no mess, easy enough to recycle, and just a smooth delivery overall. I’d definitely order again.
